ACQUISITION OF THE ASSETS OF DALVI TECHNOLOGY

Technetix Group Ltd (Burgess Hill, West Sussex, UK) are pleased to announce the agreement to purchase the assets of Dalvi Technology (Bedfordshire, UK). The transaction includes the entire assets and goodwill of twelve years of market leading experience by Dalvi Technology Ltd (Dalvi) in the integration and engineering of complete Pay TV systems for digital TV networks. Dalvi has, by delivering direct integration services, carved a very unique niche for itself delivering complete custom made digital head ends, conditional access systems and set top terminal products, Technetix intends to retain and build on this heritage .
